Lewisham Council required a solution to provide accurate and timely operational reporting in relation to their Customer Service offering, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and access channel adoption. IMGROUP developed a data repository consolidating data from various source systems to provide high-level operational reporting, enabling faster performance analysis from multiple perspectives. Understanding how the Council is performing in terms of both service delivery and cost will enable it to further understand its’ service offering and start to identify areas of improvement more efficiently.
