The Sunday Times survey evaluated the views of IMGROUP employees and used this information to award IMGROUP a place in the Top 100 Best Small Companies. The newspaper announced the winners at a gala dinner in London held on 27th February 2013.
According to the UK Federation of Small Businesses (www.fsb.org.uk), there are nearly 5 million businesses in the UK which are small/medium enterprises (SMEs) with less than 250 employees and over 900 companies were entered for the 2013 Sunday Times awards.
Based on a confidential and in-depth employee survey conducted by Best Companies, the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work for list recognises IMGROUP as a superior employer, who define leading workplace practices, engaging and motivating employees.
